Mr. Benedetti is a Partner at Perella Weinberg Partners. He is a M&A specialist with ~30 years of investment banking experience advising clients across a wide range of strategic matters, transaction types, industries and geographies.

Mr. Benedetti has extensive experience in public and private M&A transactions, including, amongst other, cross-border, merger-of-equals, reverse merger, squeeze-out, contested, private equity-led and joint venture transactions. He works closely in collaboration with the firm’s sector groups in both the US and Europe, is responsible for the coverage of a number of large cap clients in various sectors and has led many of the firm’s most prominent M&A transactions.

At Perella Weinberg Partners, Mr. Benedetti serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Fairness Opinion Committee. During his tenure at the firm, he also served as Co-Head of the North American Advisory Business, a member of the firm’s Management and Executive Committees, and as Managing Partner of the Global Advisory Business.

Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in January 2009, Mr. Benedetti was at Morgan Stanley from 1991 to 2009, where he served as Managing Director in the M&A group in New York. He started his career at Morgan Stanley International in London.

Mr. Benedetti earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from EBS – European Business School in Germany.
