Jakub Mleczko

Mr. Mleczko is an Executive Director in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory business.  He focuses on advising clients in corporate restructuring, liability management, and related capital structure situations.

Mr. Mleczko has seven years of investment banking experience assisting companies and investors on a wide range of strategic matters.  During his tenure at Perella Weinberg Partners, he has advised Millar Western on its CBCA restructuring and Fidelity on its debt investment in Energy Future Holdings, among a variety of other creditor- and debtor-side engagements.

Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in August 2011, Mr. Mleczko was at GE Capital from 2006 to 2009, where he served as a Senior Analyst responsible for the firm’s credit card-backed securitization portfolio.  He began his career as an Analyst at Financial Security Assurance, a monoline insurance company.

Mr. Mleczko earned a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.  He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Alumni Association of Westminster School in Simsbury, CT.
