Mr. Lovell is a Managing Director in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory business.  He focuses on advising clients in the Financial Institutions sector.

Mr. Lovell has more than 15 years of investment banking experience assisting companies on a wide range of strategic matters.

Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in October of 2016, Mr. Lovell was at Wells Fargo Securities from 2013 to 2016, where he most recently served as a Managing Director responsible for covering asset managers.  He was previously a Director of Credit Suisse, where he covered asset managers in the Financial Institutions Group.  Mr. Lovell began his career as an Analyst at Fox-Pitt, Kelton in London.

At Wells Fargo Securities and Credit Suisse, he actively worked with clients, advising Epoch on its sale to TD Bank; BlueBay on its sale to Royal Bank of Canada; Pantheon Ventures on its sale to Affiliated Managers Group (AMG); and Credit Suisse on its sales of CFIG and Strategic Partners.

Mr. Lovell earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Economics with German from the University of Nottingham in England.
