Mr. Bazos is a Managing Director in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory business.  He leads the firm’s Private Capital group and focuses on advising clients across industry sectors seeking capital solutions outside of the public markets.

Mr. Bazos has more than 11 years of investment banking and capital markets experience assisting companies on a wide range of strategic matters.  During his tenure at Perella Weinberg Partners, he has advised Blackstone on several financings relating to its investment in Cheniere Energy Partners LP and Sunbury Generation in relation to the project financing of Panda Hummel Station.

Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in March of 2012, Mr. Bazos attended Columbia Law School, gaining legal experience as a Summer Associate at Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP.  Mr. Bazos began his career at Morgan Stanley from 2002 to 2008, most recently serving as an Associate in the Global Capital Markets group focused on the origination and distribution of fixed income securities in Hong Kong and New York.

Mr. Bazos earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wesleyan University and a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School, where he was twice named a Kent Scholar.
